A Jeannie’s Vision Foundation, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) is deeply grateful for your generous support. Donations help us carry out our mission of empowering at-risk youth and uplifting communities. Because donations represent an immediate commitment of resources to our programs, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. General Policy

  • All donations made to A Jeannie’s Vision Foundation, Inc. are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged unless otherwise required by law.

2. Duplicate or Error Transactions

  • If you believe your donation was made in error, duplicated, or charged incorrectly, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the transaction.
  • We will review the matter and, if verified, issue a refund or correction as appropriate.

3. Recurring Donations

  • Donors who set up recurring donations may cancel future payments at any time by contacting us directly or using the cancellation link provided in confirmation emails.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled payment to ensure processing.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

  • If you suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact us immediately. We will work with our secure payment processor to investigate and resolve the matter.
